Services
PTB Landscape Management provides landscape services including grounds maintenance, lawn care, landscape plantings, stormwater management, land clearing, snow removal, and outdoor living space installation across Somerset County, NJ and surrounding areas. Specific scope, pricing, and terms of any service engagement are set out in a separate written contract or estimate.
Estimates and quotes
Estimates provided by PTB are based on the property conditions and scope discussed at the time of the estimate. Changes to scope, unforeseen site conditions, or property changes may result in adjustments to the quoted price. All final pricing is confirmed in a written contract.
Payment terms
Payment terms are set out in each individual contract. PTB reserves the right to suspend service for accounts with unpaid balances beyond the terms stated in the contract.
Licensing and insurance
PTB is a licensed New Jersey Home Improvement Contractor (HIC #13VH09923300) and holds a NJ Pesticide Applicator License (#92231B). PTB carries general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Certificates of insurance are available on request.
